Return and replacement

Return Due to Change Of Mind:

We accept returns/exchanges provided informed within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Return Due to Alteration Requests:

In case of alternations, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you. (Courier charges will be applicable for the same).

Returns Due to Damaged Products:

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/ defective, we will assist in the replacement of the same. Please send us an email detailing out the damage/ defect in the product - along with a photo, at admin@sewsutra.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns/refunds will be subject to our verification, that may take 24-48 hours to process post verification. Once your return request is received and verified - we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon authorization of return, we will gladly offer you an exchange/store credits or return of the product.
