Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 to 5 working days (the delivery may take slightly longer in a few locations - depending on the accessibility of the location)

Transit time Internationally: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5-10 days.

Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 7-14 business days from the date of order. For urgent shipping, kindly contact us.

Change of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, please contact us - and we will try our best to change the address (only if the order has not been dispatched yet)

Delivery Time Exceeded: We are committed to delivering your garments on time and would try our best to ship the orders timely, as per our promise. We use third party delivery partners, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery post handover of the product. Additionally, in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment. In case delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders: Shipping rate will be calculated at the time of purchase. International Orders: Please contact us on admin@sewsutra.com or 91- 9898241770.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Stock Availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at

time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to wait restocking of the backordered item (if we can still fulfill the order) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for the amount paid by you.

Duties & Taxes

Goods and Service Tax: GST has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Import Duties & Taxes: Occasionally, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and SewSutra encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, SewSutra will not be responsible for non- delivery of orders, and will not provide any refund in such cases.
